Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean, very comfortable and quiet, except for the soothing sound of jet engines taking off. The view from my bedroom was incredible. However, the hotel is a bit overpriced and there were some cleanliness issues in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although overpriced due to being near a busy airport with loud aircraft noise, were clean, well-kept, and had amazingly comfortable beds. However, one of the rooms had a cleanliness issue with a roach which was a bit unsettling. The service was top-notch, with staff who were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and always available to assist. The location was convenient for my needs, being close to family and a hospital, with accommodating staff and a quiet atmosphere. The dining options were good, but the service was slow, requiring plenty of time for ordering and preparation. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms had a vintage feel with carpet and dated furniture, although the layout was convenient with a spacious wash area. Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the rooms and an attempt was made to separate our group into different buildings. The service stood out with great customer care, despite some instances of bad attitudes. The location in Van Nuys offered privacy and close proximity to necessary amenities, but the high temperatures were a challenge. The dining experience had its issues with long wait times, but the variety of options was impressive.
